This lampshade was inspired by a weird encounter I had with a crow. It was a very mysterious and mystical bird and it’s behaviour was slightly odd so of course for this shade, the crow became my muse

Beginning with linen, each of my lampshades is handmade to order in my Yorkshire studio. This particular shade features mirroring crows and little flower buds in a punchy rust with soft green-blue details. And because all of my colours are hand mixed, no two lampshades are ever the same, so each one is entirely unique! You can watch below to see how these glowing crows come to life
